It’s that time of year to think about fresh starts and revisiting those New Year resolutions. Perhaps you'd like more energy or want to detox. Many people have a tradition of “dry“ January after the rich food and spirits from the holiday celebrations. Cleaning up the sytem is a great idea. This is also a great time to declutter your life, in every way.
The Lunar New Year, also known as the Chinese New Year fast approaches in early February.

Our resolutions this year are to create and maintain healthy life practices. Starting from the inside out, we aim to eat well, sleep regular hours, exercise and find time for our meditative practices.
Regular acupuncture treatments support all of this, and help maintain homeostasis in your body, as well as address any other particular pain or health issues.
Then, of course, we want to look as best we can on the outside with glowing, healthy skin. You can do this with regular care by your esthetician. Both of these modalities offer a relaxing time for self care and promote overall health and well-being.

This Chinese New Year is the year of the Pig, a year of love, prosperity, joy, wealth and abundance. This is the last last sign of the 12 animals in the Chinese zodiac.
